- HERALD the story so far. Herald Motor Company is a British motorcycle manufacturer and importer based in Cambridgeshire. They specialise in the design and creation of head-turning motorcycles that put a smile on the riders face. The bike is A2 compliant 27bhp.This is the Legend 400 Classic. This came in recently and is an awesome looking machine,very retro loads of street appeal. It has only done 3083 miles and had 3 keepers from new. It is MOT tested until June 2024 and is Hpi clear. It comes with all books and keys and will make an ideal 2nd bike or commuter for someone. Sounds really good too. A lot of bike for little money.
